SAMANTHA CASTRO
Founder/Violinist
As a biological sciences major at Arizona State University, music has been a break from science for Samantha. It is the thing that keeps her sane and motivated to further academic pursuits. Music means so much more than notes on a page or sounds to one's ear, it is pure happiness. It is the thing that brings joy to everyone present. Samantha want to be able to share how powerful music can be. She believes that Music for Healing is the prime project to uplift the lives and spirits of patients all over Maricopa County. Her hope for this project is to bring a smile to the faces of many people.
DIANA ROMERO
Violinist
Diana is very inspired to make music more available for those who aren’t as exposed to it, seeing how it can be something that is very expensive and unattainable. In the future, she hopes to put up a music school to make music more reachable and attainable for kids and communities who don’t normally have access to it. She is excited to bring her passion and love for music to serve the community through Music for Healing.
